- Step 1 – Prepare the Powder: Grind 1 teaspoon of Babchi Seeds into a fine powder using a clean, dry grinder.
- Step 2 – Prepare the Paste: Mix ¼ teaspoon of Babchi Powder with 1 teaspoon of Aloe Vera Gel or Rose Water to make a smooth paste.
- Step 3 – Patch Test: Apply a small amount of the prepared paste to a small area of skin and perform a patch test before regular use.
- Step 4 – Apply: If there is no irritation, apply a thin layer gently to clean skin. Avoid the eye and lip areas.
- Step 5 – Rinse: Leave on for 5–10 minutes, then rinse gently with normal water.
- Step 6 – After Care: Pat the skin dry and apply a suitable moisturizer if needed.
