Amaltas Phali–Traditionally Used for Digestive Wellness & Gentle Herbal Cleansing

For Kadha:

Amaltas Phali – 5–10 g
Water – 2 cups
Dry Ginger (Sonth) – ½ tsp
Tulsi Leaves – 5–7 leaves

How to Use: Add all ingredients to 2 cups of water and simmer on low heat until it reduces to about 1 cup. Strain and use warm. For internal use, follow the guidance of a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner.

Amaltas Phali – For Scalp Care, Hair Nourishment & Healthy-Looking Hair

Ingredients:

Amaltas Phali Powder – 1 tbsp
Amla Powder – 1 tbsp
Bhringraj Powder – 1 tbsp
Shikakai Powder – 1 tbsp
Aloe Vera Gel – 1 tbsp
Curd – 2 tbsp
Coconut Oil – 1 tsp
Water – as required to make a smooth paste

How to Use:

Mix Amaltas Phali Powder, Amla Powder, Bhringraj Powder and Shikakai Powder in a clean bowl.
Add Aloe Vera Gel, Curd and Coconut Oil.
Add water as required and mix everything into a smooth, lump-free paste.
Apply the prepared mask gently to the scalp and hair lengths.
Leave it on for around 20–30 minutes.
Rinse thoroughly with normal water and wash gently with a mild shampoo.

Traditional purpose: This herbal hair-care preparation can be included in a traditional routine for scalp care, hair nourishment, conditioning and maintaining soft, smooth and healthy-looking hair.
